Roch Capital closes sale of Carbon's Golden Malted, headquartered in South Bend, Indiana.

Roch Capital Inc (“Roch”), a privately-owned capital management firm that invests in Real Estate and Private Equity focusing on businesses with compelling market positions and superior growth opportunities, is pleased to announce that effective Friday, June 16, 2023, it completed the sale of New Carbon Company, LLC (“New Carbon”) and Heartland Food Products, LLC (“Heartland”).
Roch has owned New Carbon since 2013 and Heartland since 2017. Both New Carbon and Heartland are industry leaing suppliers of waffle and pancake mix and waffle iron equipment to hotels, universities, restaurants, and theme parks around the world.
Holland & Knight LLP served as Roch’s legal counsel on the transaction.
